Sometimes, their Goal is clear, but often, it’s a vague idea. They know they are unhappy and have some ideas as to why they aren’t fulfilled but, they haven’t worked out their Goals.
Spend time on your Goals. Ask yourself what you really want. How will you achieve your Goal? What are the steps you can take to achieve your Goal?
Sometimes we make our Goal too challenging and we sabotage ourselves before we even start. Yes, make your Goals big, but make the steps small.
